Delete your Bhuvansh account

In the Bhuvansh app, sign in and open Profile → Delete Account. Read the deletion details, acknowledge them, type DELETE, and submit your request. The app shows the date when the 30-day grace period ends. You can cancel during that period from the same device by signing in and choosing Keep My Account. If you lose access to that device, contact support before the grace period ends.

If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, email bhuvansh.app@nyutechden.com from the address associated with your account. Include your registered phone number if available. We will verify your identity before processing the request.

What happens to your data

After the grace period, the deletion job removes your profile, KYC documents, private messages, device registrations, and other account data across Bhuvansh services. Some donation, audit, consent, and dispute records may be retained where required by law or to protect other members, with identifying data removed where possible. If any part of erasure fails, it remains pending for investigation rather than being reported as complete.
