To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include your registered phone number or email, your device (for example, iPhone 15 or Samsung Galaxy S23), and a short description or screenshot of the problem. Never share your password, OTP, or authenticator codes with anyone, including our support team.
In an emergency, call 112 first. The in-app SOS alerts volunteer community members and is not a substitute for emergency services. Support is not monitored for emergencies.
Common questions
- How do I join? Bhuvansh is invitation-only. Ask a verified member to generate an invite code from Profile → My Invite Codes, then choose Join with Invite Code in the app.
- I can't sign in. Check that you are using the phone number or email you registered with. After several failed attempts the account is locked for 30 minutes. You can reset your password from the sign-in screen.
- I lost my authenticator app. Contact support from your registered email or phone. Keep the recovery codes you saved when setting up two-factor authentication ready; we will verify your identity before resetting it.
- My KYC verification is pending or failed. Verification is reviewed manually and your status is shown in Profile. If it failed, or stays pending for a long time, contact support with your registered phone number.
- How do I report abuse or block someone? Use the report option on the post, profile, message, listing, or campaign, or block the member from the conversation. Reported content is reviewed by moderators and may be hidden while under review.
- Donations and refunds. Payments are handled by a licensed payment provider. Refunds follow each campaign's stated policy. See Charity → My Donations for your receipts.
- How do I delete my account? In the app, open Profile → Delete Account. See Delete your Bhuvansh account for details, including how to request deletion if you can no longer sign in.
